1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid online habit challenge services offered by Anklesutendon through anklesutendon.world.
2. Your Rights Under New Zealand Law
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for any particular purpose you told us about, and match their description. If we fail to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include a refund, depending on the seriousness of the failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the CGA or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
3. Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the challenge has not yet commenced. If the challenge start date falls within the 14-day window and you have accessed digital materials, a partial refund may apply.
4. Full Refund
A full refund is available when:
- Cancellation occurs before the challenge start date
- You have not accessed challenge materials
- Technical issues on our side prevent participation
- We cancel a challenge due to insufficient enrolment
- Services fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the CGA
5. Partial Refund
A partial refund (50% of the enrolment fee) may be granted when:
- You withdraw within the first 7 days of an active challenge
- Exceptional personal circumstances prevent continued participation (documentation may be requested)
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available when:
- More than 7 days of the challenge have elapsed
- You have completed more than half of the sprint cycle
- Account termination resulted from a Terms of Use violation
- Promotional enrolments marked as non-refundable at purchase
7. How to Request a Refund
Email welcome@anklesutendon.world with your full name, enrolment date, challenge name, and reason. We process valid requests within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8. Service Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may transfer enrolment to a future challenge cycle at no extra cost, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made before the midpoint of your current sprint.
9. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our response, see our Complaints Procedure. You may also apply to the Disputes Tribunal for claims up to $30,000.
