The People Behind the Platform

Three founders with different skills, united by one belief: small daily actions deserve better structure.

Mere Rangi

Challenge Design Lead

Mere shaped the sprint calendar and habit ladder framework. With a background in community education across Te Whanganui-a-Tara, she makes sure every challenge feels approachable regardless of where you start.

Tane Kowhai

Platform & Operations

Tane built the digital tracker and crew-matching system. He keeps the technical side humming so challenges run smoothly from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

Lily Patel

Community & Content

Lily writes the prompt cards and facilitates peer circles. Her focus is creating spaces where participants feel heard — without comparison or pressure.

Why We Built This

We met during those early riverside walks and kept hearing the same thing: most habit apps offered tracking without structure, while coaching programmes demanded time most people simply didn't have. We wanted something in between — guided enough to give direction, flexible enough for real life.

Today we work from our studio on Riverside Drive, with remote facilitators in Auckland, Christchurch, and Dunedin. Every challenge is tested in-house before launch, and participant feedback directly shapes the next cycle.

"We will never promise a miracle. We offer structure, support, and a fair go — the rest is up to you."
— Mere Rangi
"Good tech should get out of your way. Our tracker is simple on purpose."
— Tane Kowhai
"The best feedback we get is when someone says they felt supported, not sold to."
— Lily Patel

Collaborative Spirit

Decisions are made together. No single founder overrides the group's commitment to participant wellbeing.

Continuous Iteration

Each sprint cycle generates insights that feed into the next. The platform evolves with its community.

Ethical Approach

We avoid sensational language and never position our challenges as substitutes for professional guidance.
